Our show stopping pudding option. Each Buche contains an almond sponge, dark chocolate mouse, dark chocolate ganache, whipped white chocolate and honey ganache, almond praline, mirror glaze and cocoa nibs. The logs are decorated with gold leaf and white chocolate discs.

Serves 8-12 and will keep in the fridge for 3 days. Please note this is only available for collection on the 23rd between 10am and 2pm.
